Complaints

The Board's mission is public protection through the regulation of the practice of registered professional nurses and dialysis technicians.  The Board learns of public concerns through the submission of a complaint.  A complaint form is available to download (see the link below), complete and send to the Board office.  Complaints are filed by anyone with a concern about a nurse's practice.  This may include an employer, a patient, patient's family, a co-worker or any other health care provider concerned that a registered professional nurse has violated the law.  The same process occurs for Dialysis Technicians.
