In accordance with West Virginia Code and state regulatory mandates, the Board of Examiners for Registered Professional Nurses publishes biennial reports detailing board operations, licensee statistics, disciplinary action summaries, and fiscal accountability.
Statutory Transparency & Reporting
Biennial reports are submitted to the Governor, the West Virginia Legislature, and the Secretary of State following the close of each reporting cycle. These public records demonstrate administrative compliance, financial management, and board fulfilling of its statutory mandate to protect public safety.
