Fees and Waivers

Fee Schedule & Fee Waivers

All application, renewal, and service fees are non-refundable and processed securely through the Nurse Portal. Under West Virginia law, qualifying low-income applicants and military families may apply for a statutory initial licensure fee waiver.

Important Waiver Restriction: Fee waivers apply strictly to initial licensure applications. Fee waivers cannot be applied to license renewals, reinstatements, endorsement applications, or secondary administrative service fees.
