The official 2026 Lapsed Lists for Registered Nurses (RNs) and Dialysis Technicians are now available following the conclusion of the 2026 renewal period.
Individuals appearing on these lists did not complete their required license renewal prior to the deadline. Operating as a Registered Nurse or Dialysis Technician in the State of West Virginia with a lapsed license is strictly prohibited under state nursing statutes.
If your license has lapsed, you must submit an online Reinstatement Application through your Nurse Portal account and satisfy all mandatory requirements before resuming practice.
